Solo is a one-time payment of USD 500 (RM2000) — lifetime access, no subscription. During early access, it's USD 99 (RM500). This discount is available only while we're in alpha. Once we launch publicly, the price goes to USD 500 permanently.

Steam handles our distribution, licensing, and updates for Solo. It gives you a permanent license tied to your Steam account, automatic updates, and refund protection under Steam's standard policy. Just search 'Tsuin' on Steam to find it.

In the Solo plan, all reasoning and context is stored locally in your git repository. Nothing is sent to our servers. On the Team plan, encrypted reasoning metadata is synced to enable team-wide search — your actual source code never leaves your environment.

No prompts, no friction. Tsuin actively learn from you through error correction and builds a model of your reasoning automatically. You get your reasoning capture without writing another skills.md file.

Yes. The pre-order is charged through Stripe, not Steam — so the refund is ours to handle, not theirs. Write to us any time before launch, or after launch if the twin will not run on your machine, and we refund the full amount. Your Steam key is only issued when the Solo plan ships, and Steam's own policy applies to anything you buy there later. Check the minimum requirements above first: 16GB GPU VRAM (NVIDIA), 16GB CPU RAM, 32GB available storage.

First 100 customers get to be on our Technical Advisory Board (TAB), which will be in a closed community group with the founders of tsuin.ai to share feedback, crazy ideas and influence the product roadmap. On top of that, get exclusive merchandise as early supporters.

A seat is any developer who installs the Tsuin extension and is actively contributing reasoning to the shared knowledge base. Read-only users (e.g. product managers searching decisions) don't consume seats.

Yes. Tsuin is language-agnostic — it captures reasoning at the git and editor level, not the syntax level. TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby: if you commit it, Tsuin understands it.
